شروط وأحكام استخدام دوامك (Dawamak)
تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدامك لتطبيقات ولوحة تحكم منصة دوامك المقدمة من شركة Digital Web Hub.
1. الموافقة على الشروط
تشكل هذه الشروط والأحكام اتفاقية قانونية ملزمة بينك (سواء بصفتك صاحب عمل أو مدير موارد بشرية أو موظف) وبين شركة Digital Web Hub المالكة والمشغلة لمنصة دوامك (Dawamak). باستخدامك للتطبيق أو لوحة التحكم فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.
2. حسابات الشركات والموظفين والصلاحيات
يتم إنشاء حسابات الموظفين وتحديد صلاحيات المدراء ومسؤولي الموارد البشرية (HR) بواسطة صاحب العمل المشترك في النظام. يتحمل كل مستخدم مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة به.
3. الاستخدام المقبول ومنع التلاعب
- يُحظر تماماً محاولة التلاعب بالموقع الجغرافي (Mock GPS) أو تزييف الصور أو الوقت عند تسجيل الحضور والانصراف.
- يُستخدم التطبيق للأغراض الرسمية المحددة من قِبل جهة العمل لتسجيل الحضور، التتبع أثناء الدوام، وإدارة الإجازات والسلف والمصروفات والرواتب.
- يُحظر محاولة الهندسة العكسية أو اختراق خوادم المنصة.
4. الباقات والاشتراكات
تمنح باقة دوامك الموحدة إمكانية الوصول الكامل إلى جميع مميزات المنصة، ويتم احتساب قيمة الاشتراك الشهري أو السنوي بناءً على عدد الموظفين المسجلين لدى الشركة.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Employer", "Admin/HR", or "Employee") and Digital Web Hub ("we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Dawamak mobile applications (Employee App and Admin App) and Web Dashboard.
2. User Accounts & Multi-Admin Roles
Employee and Admin/HR accounts are created and managed by the subscribing Employer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
- You shall not attempt to falsify, spoof, or manipulate GPS location coordinates, timestamps, or live selfie photographs during check-in or check-out.
- You shall use the platform strictly for legitimate workforce management, attendance tracking, shift scheduling, leave/loan/expense management, and payroll processing.
- You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the security of the Application or Web Portal.
4. Subscriptions & Contact
